The CK-207 Safety Rail is optional and attached to the backside of ANY youth board. The safety rail includes screws to fasten to the youth board. For the CR-102 and CR-106 Cribs, we send an additional metal bracket to fasten to the inside of the post. Make sure the mattress springs are set to the lowest level before installing any youth board.
